Mutual Fund Information

Commissions, trailing commissions, management fees and expenses all may be associated with mutual fund investments. Money market mutual funds unlike GICs are not guaranteed and are not covered by the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation or by any other government deposit insurer. Their values change frequently and past performance may not be repeated. In the case of a money market fund there can be no assurances that the fund will be able to maintain its net asset value per security at a constant amount or that the full amount of your investment in the fund will be returned to you. Please read the relevant prospectus before investing. Non-Canadian Investors

Offering investments outside of Canada is in conflict with the closure policy of our affiliate and parent company. Therefore, as of January 1, 2007,Bridgehouse Asset Managers no longer opens new accounts or accepts new purchase or switch trade requests for non-residents of Canada. U.S. residents in states that have passed legislation permitting these transactions within a registered retirement plan are not included in this policy change. Unclaimed Property

Bridgehouse Asset Managers maintains policies and procedures in accordance with the provincial regulations of  Alberta, British Columbia and Quebec, with respect to unclaimed property. As a distributor of Mutual Funds, Bridgehouse Asset Managers   maintains a list of property that is defined as “unclaimed” by the applicable provincial legislation, and we make all reasonable efforts to locate investors who for whom we may be holding unclaimed property. Generally, property is deemed to be “unclaimed” if mail and/or cheques have been returned to us and we have been unable to locate the investor  for a given period of time as set out by provincial legislation.
