National Accounts Associate

Summary

We are looking for an energetic, proactive, results-focused National Accounts Associate to join our National Accounts team.  In this role you will work closely the VP, National Accounts & Strategic Alliances in supporting and developing our existing head office and mutual fund/SMA analyst relationships with national dealer firms (IIROC & MFDA) and SMA/UMA program sponsors. The role will also be involved in supporting the development of new business relationships with prospective dealer firms and support the VP National Accounts in the administration of our strategic alliance partners.     

This role involves making proactive outbound telephone sales calls to prospective dealer firms, supporting Bridgehouse’s participation at national dealer conferences, maintaining existing national accounts support material (mutual funds and SMA) for use by regional sales teams, maintaining national accounts administration, providing support to the VP for business development, dealer relations, mutual fund & SMA analyst meetings, webinars and conference calls, as required.  

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the VP National Accounts & Strategic Alliances and the regional sales teams to support our national and regional sales efforts
  • Service existing clients by responding to requests and proactively providing appropriate product insights
  • Build relationships with key head office personnel
  • Understand the business of our strategic distribution partners, their products and models
  • Participate in the identification of opportunities to expand and deepen existing and new relationships
  • Deliver timely and value-added service and support by having deep product knowledge of all Bridgehouse Funds & SMA mandates offered by our strategic partners
  • Develop and maintain core service material required by key clients 
  • Answer incoming client calls/emails responding to questions and requests for information in an accurate and timely manner
  • Provide support in coordinating national dealer conferences, ensuring material, presentations are delivered, setting and manning tables/booths as required. May involve travel
  • Update and maintain national accounts’ client base (new contacts, meetings/notes) on CRM system
  • Update and maintain National Accounts & Strategic Alliances shared drive files and support material
  • Support the preparation of materials for dealer/analyst meetings, conference calls, webinars.
  • Assist with special projects on an ongoing basis

Product Analyst

Position Summary

We are looking for an energetic, proactive, results-focused Product Analyst to join our marketing team. In this role you will work closely with members of the marketing department to create and update various marketing materials, responds to product-related inquiries from other departments, and prepare ad-hoc industry related reports. You will also act as a specialist for product-related inquiries for one or more Bridgehouse strategic alliance partners.

Main Responsibilities

  • Acquire fund and SMA related data and support interpretation of it on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Manage preparation of commentaries and other assigned duties for monthly/quarterly reporting
  • Act as a key resource on portfolio- or security-level questions on an ongoing basis
  • Oversee updating and maintaining of all portfolio-related presentation materials for one or more Bridgehouse strategic alliance partners
  • Prepare, analyze, and deliver research on key competitors
  • Conduct research on topical portfolio issues, provide insight, and disseminate that information to sales team and senior management
  • Maintain ongoing knowledge of the firm’s products and trends impacting clients, advisors and the investment industry
  • Assist with special projects on an ongoing basis

Requirements
